What Youll Do

  • Connect with new and existing customers to uncover their insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more)
  • Handle policy changes, claims follow-ups, and service requests
  • Stay organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Support team goals through collaboration and high activity

    • What Were Looking For

  • Sales experience or customer-facing role preferred
  • Insurance experience is a plus but well train the right person
  • Must be able to obtain TN insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
