ENTRY Level Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Location : El Paso Insurance, El Paso, TX (On-site only)

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $11.00 $12.00 / hour

Experience : Entry-level position, 2 -3 years of experience preferred.

Youre bilingual, patient, and reliable. Maybe youve worked in customer service before and youre ready to work somewhere stable , where your time and skills actually matter.

If you enjoy helping people , want a low-drama, team-focused environment , and speak both Spanish and English fluently, wed love to meet you.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming calls and help clients with simple questions.
  • Take detailed messages and follow-ups.
  • Speak with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and basic internet tools to stay organized.
  • Help create a smooth, respectful client experience.

What You Need to Bring

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Friendly phone voice and ability to really listen.
  • Comfortable with computers (Excel, internet).
  • Can multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Willing to work on-site this is not a remote position.
  • Able to pass a background check.
