Medical Health Coder

Established, award-winning healthcare organization currently has openings for an experienced Medical Coder to join our team permanently full-time in Tucson - Coding Specialist responsible for translating medical reports and documentation into standardized codes used for billing, insurance claims, and data management utilizing ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS. Certified Professional Coder (CPT) Certification REQUIRED

• Nicotine-free facility
• Shift : Mon to Fri, 8a-5p (FT 40 hrs / wk)
• Pay : $20.19 / hr - $24 / hr Granted Based on Experience
• Start :   2 weeks (July)
• Training : ~2 months (must be able to complete training @ Craycroft area)

REQUIREMENTS & Qualifications :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

o ICD-10-CM (International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, Clinical Modification) for diagnoses.

o CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) for procedures.

o HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) for services and equipment.
