We are seeking a Behavioral Health LPN who is looking to join a dynamic team of dedicated and compassionate professionals.

Job Description :

The LPN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders. The LPN accurately collects data need for the appropriate portion of the integrated assessment. The LPN must have a knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures. Communicates changes in the patient's condition to the (RN) We look for nurses who demonstrate competent patient care, good communication and relationship skills; ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust; social maturity, emotional stability, self-confidence and assertiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and a valid unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing (or issued by another state recognized by the Arizona Board of Nursing as a multi-compact license state).
• One year as a LPN in psychiatric nursing required.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
• CPR certification upon hire
• Successful completion of (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment
