THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE :

You typically work from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or until the job is finished. During the summer, work usually finishes up between 5 : 30 and 7 : 30 PM. Occasional weekend work is required.

YOUR ROLE :

As a confident and capable leader, you ensure that your team accurately installs various heating and air conditioning equipment in our customers' homes. With your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you lead seamless installations and check the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
