Project Engineer

Prepare engineering estimates and development plans.

Lead engineering project teams in respect to budget, schedule, and ensure quality deliveries.

Execute the engineering development plan, identifying and anticipating potential problems.

Collaborate with other departments such as Program Management, Certification, Safety & Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing.

Maintain engineering work standards and processes.

Evaluate technical risks, mitigation, and contingency plans.

Produce and present progress reports for management review.

Support continuous product improvements and innovation.

Coordinate technical aspects of the entire project, managing the project budget, and tracking deliverables.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer / Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.

5-7 years of project management experience in managing or producing complex projects related to software / hardware systems.

Demonstrated understanding of requirements management for hardware and / or software systems.

Experience with International Trade Compliance or Export Control.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00 / hr.

This is a hybrid position in Sugar Grove, IL.
