job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBS / MS degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Certification : Professional Engineer license (PE) required Experience : Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with 7+ years of structural design experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with 12+ years of structural design experience in bridges, buildings, tunnels and other associated structures Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment and engage with the client, architects and contractors Leadership : Experience in leading design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, mentoring & training Responsibilities Innovative Design : RISA-3D, Revit and Microstation or AutoCAD software Plan Development : Take ownership in performing structural analysis and developing design plans, with a focus on concrete and steel Team Coordination : Act as a project manager between design teams and other disciplines, ensuring smooth coordination on design and deliverables. Assist in the development of calculations for concrete and structural steel, cost estimates, specifications, and comprehensive reports that help steer projects towards success. Work closely with our clients and a team of multidisciplinary engineers to ensure projects meet and exceed expectations. Why Choose Us?
