Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities remotely. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement improvements to accounting automation, workflow tools, and ERP systems Conduct monthly bank, account, and general ledger reconciliations Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to management for decision-making Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience using generative AI in accounting or finance to optimize workflows
