Senior AP / AR Specialist

Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is actively seeking an experienced AP / AR Specialist to join a dynamic team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role offers the opportunity to manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within a fast-paced environment. The position requires full-time, onsite work and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a very high volume full-cycle Accounts Payable responsibilities, including :

Processing and posting vendor invoices and credit notes with correct coding to GL or PO using 3-way match.

Completing daily customer invoice batch processing and distribution.

Monday to Friday, 1st shift, onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

This position requires a 100% in-office presence to ensure seamless operations and collaboration with the finance team.
