As a Weed Man sales representative, you receive a competitive base salary of $37,440 annually, ensuring stability while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to the Weed Man clients and prospects. The real earning potential, however, comes from our lucrative commission structure, which rewards performance. On average, sales reps earn between $62,500 and $65,000 per year in commissions and hourly wages, with top performers often exceeding this range. We are specifically looking for those who are drivers, who are self-motivated, and not content with riding the wave but desire to contribute to the creation of another surge of growth and success.
