Expedia Group is seeking a strategic and driven Technical Product Manager to lead Total Reward (Pay, Compensation, & Benefits) technology initiatives within the HR Technology organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader with a strong background in recruiting or recruiting operations, who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about transforming complex challenges into scalable, high‑impact solutions.

As a Technical Product Manager focused on Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in leading agile delivery teams to build and enhance technology solutions that support compensation, benefits, and payroll. You will work in close partnership with the Senior Product Manager and Total Rewards leadership to prioritize work, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
