We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our company. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations within our office. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and managing various administrative tasks that support our team and maintain an organized office environment
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms for staff.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist in the coordination of office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or receptionist is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in an office setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.Benefits
