Summary :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Onsite Advances the philanthropic profile of Arkansas Children's by developing compelling cases for support, collateral, presentations and proposals. Leads assigned development programs and collaborates across the Arkansas Children's Foundation team to execute strategies and tactics to meet current and future business needs.

Required Education :

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education :

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Required Work Experience :

High School Diploma / GED and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a diploma / GED.

Description :

1. Researches and writes copy for cases for support, collateral, presentations, proposals and other informational materials as assigned. 2. Designs and manages materials for cultivation and solicitation of donors, prospects and volunteer fundraising groups. 3. Assists gift officers with materials to steward and recognize donors and volunteers for their investments of time and resources. 4. Leads assigned development programs and executes strategies and tactics to achieve individual and programmatic results. 5. Supervises staff, completes projects and other duties as assigned. 6. Remains current on Arkansas Children's funding priorities and development best practices.
