Hardware Quality Engineer / Quality Program Manager (Field Failure Analysis)

The Hardware Quality Engineer / Quality Program Manager (Field Failure Analysis) will lead the development and execution of quality programs to ensure the reliability and performance of our hardware products. This role requires a deep understanding of hardware failure analysis, quality management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of quality programs for hardware products.
Conduct root cause analysis of field failures and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.

Proven experience in hardware failure analysis and root cause determination.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
