As Digital Applications Manager at Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS, you will architect and manage CRM, eCommerce, and Web-based digital solutions that drive sales performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness. You lead the development and execution of a forward-looking digital application strategy that enhances business intelligence and accelerates growth across commercial channels.
This position will play a key role in integrating and optimizing digital platforms to improve sales efficiency, customer insights, and enterprise connectivity to deliver measurable value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
Digital Strategy & Application Architecture (60%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital application roadmap aligned with sales, marketing, and customer service growth objectives.
- Architect scalable, user-centric CRM and digital ecosystems that support seamless data flow, cross-functional use, and sales enablement.
- Define and measure success against KPIs that drive customer segmentation, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
- Lead the strategic integration of multiple digital lead sources (e.g., industry platforms, events, web) into the sales and marketing funnel to boost qualified opportunities.
- Guide the evolution of eCommerce and other digital sales tools to support a unified, high-performance customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define the strategic role of digital applications in enhancing service delivery, marketing performance, and customer loyalty.
- Drive adoption of digital platforms through enablement strategies, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop strategies to continuously optimize CRM performance and digital tool effectiveness based on analytics and feedback.
Sales Enablement & Digital Operations (30%)
Partner with business stakeholders and IT to design data-driven dashboards and insights tools that improve sales force productivity and forecasting accuracy.Provide technical and strategic leadership in leveraging CRM systems to improve sales funnel visibility, conversion rates, and win / loss analysis.Lead initiatives to enhance CRM usability and data quality to support lead scoring, sales cycle acceleration, and opportunity management.Deliver ongoing enhancements and integrations that unlock value from digital tools, including reporting automation and predictive analytics.Oversee cross-functional CRM and lead management initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and data governance standards.Present strategic updates and performance insights to leadership on digital platform performance and roadmap initiatives.Innovation & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Act as a strategic advisor to sales, marketing, and services leaders on the role of digital applications in improving operational effectiveness and customer impact.Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and digital trends that can be applied to accelerate business outcomes.Partner with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement frameworks that refine CRM and digital workflows, enhancing agility and responsiveness.Champion best practices in data-driven decision making, ensuring digital tools support scalable and repeatable growth strategies.Working Conditions
