Consultant Tasks Compiles, manipulates, and analyzes geospatial asset data from our facilities (drawings, spreadsheets, documents, databases) for integration with GIS. Review, organize, sanitize data and ensures alignment of data with company standards. Geo-reference data collected for use in our ARCGIS Portal and ARGGIS applications. Document data workflow and processes from various authoritative sources. Collaborate with technical / development teams to build the GIS / ESRI based applications. Designs, develops, and maintains databases and systems of GIS data. Creates reports, maps, applications, and visualizations conveying the results of spatial analyses. Some knowledge of scripting languages to refine GIS data and processes. Utilizes ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online in data visualization. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical field A minimum of four-years’ experience in system development and supporting GIS / ARGIS application Experience with the following tools : ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro Spatial Data Development ArcGIS geoprocessing tools (e.g. CAD interoperability) Esri Database Design and Modeling Experience in GPS, Surveying and or Mobile Data Collection would be a plus Working knowledge of SQL databases ArcSDE etc MS SharePoint MS PowerPoint Basic understanding of the fundamentals of internet services-oriented architectures (SOA)
