Wieland is hiring a Customer Care Specialist . The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable system and serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers.This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities :

• Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company`s system (AS400).
• Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.
• Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
• Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company`s system.
• Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.
• Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.
