Multi-Family Project Manager
Manage all phases of multi-family property projects, from inception to completion. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients. Address and resolve project challenges promptly to keep projects on track. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. A successful Project Manager should have : proven experience managing multi-family property projects within the business services industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
