Structural Engineer III

As a Structural Engineer III youll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for projects of intermediate complexity. Youll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams lead small project scopes and mentor junior staff. This is a great opportunity for engineers ready to take the next step in their career with exposure to client-facing responsibilities and project leadership. Structural Engineers at CRB contribute to a wide range of impactful projects including projects in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage discipline-specific design scope and budget on small to mid-sized projects.
• Develop construction drawing packages and specifications with minimal oversight.
• Conduct and lead field surveys site walks and construction field reporting.
• Identify and document non-compliant existing conditions during site visits.
• Interface with clients architects engineers subcontractors and vendors.
• Support proposal development and contribute to internal training presentations.
• Lead squad checks and discipline reviews to ensure design quality.
• Mentor Engineer I and Designer I / II team members.
• Assist in system design programming and master planning with senior support.
