HR Operations Assistant
Job Description
The HR Operations Assistant serves as a point of contact for the HR department, answering inquiries, providing support to employees and new hires, and assisting with various aspects of the employee life cycle at People Inc., such as onboarding and offboarding. Additional duties include providing administrative support for the HR Department and participating in projects and initiatives as directed.
Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC, NY) In-office Expectations : This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
Essential Job Functions
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent training / professional work experience
Experience : 1-2 years in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department

Pay Range
Hourly : New York : $19.25 - $23.10 The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
