With a focus on clarity in requirements proactive conflict resolution and data-driven problem-solving youll play an essential part in shaping reliable processes strengthening customer confidence and advancing Collins Aerospaces commitment to excellence.

This is a hybrid position. Candidate must be a commutable distance to either our Rockford IL West Des Moines IA or Windsor Locks CT locations.

What You Will Do

• Function as a liaison between the customer and Collins Aerospace to address quality concerns
• Represent the Quality function as member of the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive resolution of quality issues which may impact product performance and / or delivery results
• Lead investigations to determine compliance with quality management system standards configuration assurance contractual customer and business requirements
• Communicate improvement plans and progress to the organization and customers to improve both customer and internal metrics
• Drive resolution of conflicts and clarification in requirement flow-down; lead sites and teams using various improvement and root cause analysis methodologies
• Drive processes to develop modify apply and maintain quality evaluation control systems and protocols
• Travel approximately 2x / quarter - Collins Aerospace locations suppliers or customers.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
