Job Description

Seeking licensed clinicians, LAC / LSW, behavioral assistants, and supervisors for in-home and community counseling services across multiple NJ counties. Positions are part-time or full-time, with flexible hours from 2 to 40 per week, including Per Diem and salaried options with PTO and health insurance. Compensation ranges from $35-$90 / hr based on role and licensure. Benefits include 401(k), dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and professional development. Work involves providing evidence-based counseling, skill-building, and behavioral interventions to children and adolescents, documenting activities, and collaborating with a supportive team. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel. Remote interview process; work location primarily on the road.
