Adecco is hiring immediately for Onboarding Specialists with our client in Kansas City, MO. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will support clients through outbound and follow-up calls, assisting with recently submitted Medicare applications and providing clear, accurate information across various communication channels. This includes addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring clients feel confident and satisfied with their selected plans. Responsibilities include verifying application details, guiding clients through Medicare Advantage and Supplement options, conducting Health Risk Assessments (HRA), and introducing Value Based Care (VBC) when appropriate. The role involves navigating multiple systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing client cases within CRM software, escalating when necessary. Meeting performance goals, contributing to team meetings and training, and supporting overall business objectives through additional duties are also key parts of this position.

Weekly pay starting at $18.50-$20.00 / hr.

Requirements :

• Must be able to attend an onsite interview with the client in Kansas City, MO
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of one year in pre-sales or customer service; previous experience in the Medicare health insurance industry preferred
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Adaptable to new technology with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects with strict deadlines
