Position : Branch Manager

Reports To : Regional Manager

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed | 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation : Weekly Pay | $85,000 + Monthly Bonus

Location : Elgin, IL

JOB SUMMARY :

The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Midway Staffing Branch. This role

is responsible for their team’s performance within the respective branch to ensure that all recruitment and

onboarding metrics are being met. This role will also serve as a point of contact for Midway Staffing clients.

is performed sitting at a desk. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet but can become

louder based on the volume of incoming candidates.

When traveling to client sites, the work environment is a light industrial / manufacturing setting which

oftentimes can be a louder, cold, and dusty environment.

requires their own transportation.
