SLP, SLP-CF - Speech Language Pathologist (Evaluating and Supervising)

Elevate Therapy Center in Orlando, FL, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) to provide high-quality pediatric therapy for infants, children, and teens. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising SLPAs, and maintaining compliance with documentation and regulations. Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Choose your own hours

    • Compensation : 50 - $55 hourly

    Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
  • Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to facilitate communication improvement.
  • Assist with conducting speech-language screenings and assessments using appropriate prescribed techniques and devices.
  • Document client progress toward goals and objectives by preparing records, logs, goal sheets, or other means of documentation.
  • Provide assistance to staff as needed and through consultation, training, and various activities.
  • Assist with the development of goals and objectives for assigned clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support speech-language pathologist assistants (SLPAs) to ensure high-quality patient care and effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Have a Florida License for SLP or SLP-CF.
