Job Overview :

This role will operate within the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) Team under Sourcing and Contract Management and partner closely with key stakeholders to support projects as necessary.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Sourcing managers to meet company objectives as you produce implement and support sourcing strategies that ensure best value
• Manage and prioritize the project stream working with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements
• Manage and monitor supplier performance using meaningful and objective KPI measurements and periodic business reviews
• Verify and maintain accurate supplier data including tax and bank information quotations and legal agreements
• Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies through proactive customer / stakeholder engagement
• Assist competitive bidding using a multi-step sourcing process and utilization of RFx.
• Support Procurement / Contracts Projects as required.
