Compensation

• Base compensation within the position's pay range, influenced by qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
• Additional premium pay opportunities, such as shift differentials and on-call pay.
• Incentive pay for specific roles.
• Potential for annual raises based on performance.

Benefits Include :

Schedule Details : Nights, with 8 and 12-hour shifts; includes a weekend rotation and holiday rotation.

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
