Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of Exotec products and third-party systems on our customer warehouse, distribution and / or fulfillment sites
• Ensure system reliability by actively participating to the commissioning process on customer sites
• Plan, coordinate and carry out the validation test of the systems
• Measure, improve and maintain reliability of the entire solution during all deployment phases
• Coordinate and implement software improvements to the systems
• Communicate directly with customers to fulfill their needs and requirements
• Inform the operational team on project progress
