Overview

The Mental Health supervisor is responsible for all aspects of direct clinical supervision and oversight for assigned program addition the supervisor is an integral part of the management team and consistently works to identify plan and implement strategies to enhance services to patients and families.

If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines medical and / or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction oversight and supervision of child and family therapy providers.
• Conducts ongoing program development and planning.
• Delivers direct clinical services to patients and their families on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and administrative leadership activities within the department hospital and community.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.70 / hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
