Project Manager-Process

The Project Manager-Process will serve as an operations lead and direct an operations team responsible for developing operation plans for new product development (PPT) and product improvement (IPT) from product / process design, product design, capital equipment design, material procurement strategy and financial viability. Continuous efforts to ensure our teams meet or exceed our safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing cost goals.

Highlights of your role :

• Project management-process
• Provide input to the project scope, budget, and master schedule.
• Lead operation teams to develop operation's plan and execution utilizing the stage-gate methodology.
• Facilitate cross-functional operations team meetings.
• Manage ownership of operations project tasks and identify the appropriate resource ownership per stage-gate task and deliverable check lists.
• Participate in PPT / IPT development activities to ensure "Design for MFG & Automation" feasibility.
• Forward thinking : Improve project & process efficiency and reduce costs while meeting or exceeding company business goals.
• Communication :
• Strong, thorough, and proactive communication skills are an expectation along with the responsibility for creating a team environment to ensure we are stronger together.
• Communication of project(s) status and deliverables to key stakeholders at Leadership Gate Reviews and Executives at ERP Gate Reviews.
• Leadership :
• Direct team members to ensure project success through the stage-gate process.
• Be a self-directive and time manager.
• Be an operational liaison between functional areas, while building and maintaining those functional relationships
• Provide customer service to all facilities
• Ensure there is a balance between ease of Product MFG and Design
