Executive Chef

Lead the culinary experience with creativity and precision! As Executive Chef, you will oversee all food operations, driving excellence in flavor, presentation, and safety. You will lead a team of culinary professionals, craft innovative menus, and bring Levy's commitment to quality to life at America's First Field.

Qualifications :

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume executive chef role
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and cost control
  • Proficient in menu development and staff training
  • ServSafe or local health certification required

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • Manage all culinary operations and production for the venue
  • Create innovative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus
  • Enforce sanitation and safety procedures according to standards
  • Collaborate with operations and purchasing on inventory and ordering
  • Maintain kitchen efficiency, food quality, and budget compliance
