Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator

gpac is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join a team and play a key role in supporting employees and leadership. This is a hands-on position—not a management-level role—reporting directly to senior leadership and ownership. The right candidate will bring a strong HR foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and connection across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and coordinate daily HR functions including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance

Assist with open enrollment and help employees understand benefit options and processes

Serve as a resource for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures

Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting as needed

Partner closely with ownership and the senior team to support company goals and culture

Qualifications :

3+ years of human resources experience (industry experience in agriculture, food, or manufacturing preferred but not required)

Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred; conversational Spanish speaking skills acceptable

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on employee support and confidentiality

Experience leading or assisting with open enrollment and benefits communication

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
