Location : Clearwater, FL 33765

Pay : $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday

Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

About the Role

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater. This position focuses on multi-axis lathe work , including Swiss lathes and Index machines . Operators will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components according to specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC lathes (Swiss and Index equipment)

Perform setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards

Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC lathe operating experience (multi-axis or Swiss preferred)

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and G-code

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Willingness to work any assigned shift
