Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage hospital executives and workforce leaders through targeted outreach Qualify and nurture prospects, booking meetings for senior business development leads Manage pipeline data within HubSpot CRM and support business development campaigns and events Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or communications, preferably in healthcare or education Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot Strong research and strategic thinking abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
