A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their US Sales team. Key Responsibilities Identify and create new qualified leads for Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts Manage inbound leads and outbound call campaigns to qualify buying interest and identify decision-makers Coordinate with Sales counterparts to research key accounts and understand organizational structures Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience At least 1 year of relevant professional sales experience Experience in sales development or a related business-to-business environment Proven track record of success in cold calling and deal qualification Experience in software start-up and competitive software sales environments preferred
