This opportunity is in the Client Engagement department

The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.

Role Description :

Imagine a role where your analytical mindset helps shape and strengthen long-term relationships with Safety National's clients. As a Client Engagement Analyst , you'll serve as the bridge between data and strategy-leveraging engagement metrics, feedback, and performance insights to drive proactive service enhancements and business growth. You'll create dashboards and scorecards to monitor client health, identify retention risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. You'll work closely with internal partners and Client Engagement Managers to design customer success strategies and refine the client journey across its lifecycle. Qualifications : Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Analytics, or a related field.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-based compensation. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $93,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
