Responsibilities
- Analyze data from variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies, and developing and implementing processes to improve data quality.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of APS data.
- Work with a range of data types, including structured and unstructured data, and will use a variety of tools and techniques to analyze and improve data quality.
- Utilize statistical analysis, data cleansing and transformation tools, and data governance frameworks for analysis and to ensure data integrity.
- Strong understanding of data integration principles and data governance frameworks.
- Partner with the data engineering team and data stewards to define and implement data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers / scientists and machine learning engineers, to provide support for model building.
- Should have knowledge and experience with Java programming, Spring Boot microservices, and big data technologies in the AWS cloud.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data preparation techniques.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing progress and challenges.
- In addition to technical responsibilities, support the development and implementation of data quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
