Director of Corporate Development

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development to lead growth and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and communicate core issues affecting business performance and manage high-priority strategic projects

Drive the M&A process including strategy creation, target evaluation, and deal negotiations

Research new markets and translate data into actionable insights for growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or business development in a high-growth technology company

Strong valuation and analytical skills with a keen business sense

Experience in M&A processes and post-acquisition integration

Ability to navigate between strategic thinking and detailed analytical problem-solving

Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
