SERVERS WANTED for DRUNK SHAKESPEARE!

The hit comedy, DRUNK SHAKESPEARE, is hiring in Chicago! We are looking for savvy professionals to join our team of multi-talented support staff. We foster an incredibly fun environment in the style of a secret society & speakeasy. We strive to provide patrons with a unique and memorable experience, so service quality is a top priority. Candidates must have weekend and holiday availability.

Weekday shifts will run approximately 6pm-10pm

Weekend shifts can vary, with staff working 4-7 hours between 3 : 30pm and 12am

We are looking for someone to cover 5+ shifts per week.

While we look for candidates with backgrounds in serving, bartending, catering, customer service, and / or theatre, we are willing to train smart, motivated people. We value friendly, hardworking multi-taskers who place guest experience above all else. All FOH staff share production and service responsibilities, splitting tips among bar and FOH.

Actively seeking employees who are eager to cross-train on Bar and Stage Management. Bartending experience is a plus!

All employees must be 21+ and vaccinated against Covid-19.

Working as a team, all employees will :

• Assist with running box office / checking IDs
• Assist with set up and clean up
• Serving drinks to guests during the duration of the play.
• Assist Bar Manager / Bartender with all aspects of bar maintenance and execution.
• Stock bar area, prepare garnishes, light food prep.
• Maintain theatre and bar area, running laundry, cleaning surfaces, and stocking bathrooms.

Compensation : $15 / hr + Tip Share (tips usually add $10-$20 / hour), $16.10 / hr for admin tasks as they arise.
