We are a leading HVAC contract manufacturer and distributor providing innovative heating and cooling solutions to commercial and residential markets nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Customer Service Technician with hands-on experience in inverter heat pump systems to join our team.

Position : HVAC Customer Service Technician

Location : [Menifee, CA]

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to contractors, distributors, and end-users regarding HVAC systems, with a focus on inverter heat pump technology .
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues via phone, email, and in-field service visits when required.
  • Assist in product installation guidance, maintenance support, and warranty claim evaluations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy .
  • Deliver training sessions and technical presentations on inverter heat pump products.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, troubleshooting steps, and customer feedback.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3+ years of HVAC technical experience , preferably with inverter-driven systems.
  • Strong knowledge of heat pump installation, diagnostics, and repair .
  • EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for service, training, or trade events.
