We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Des Moines, Iowa, and offers the opportunity to support key payroll and HR functions during a critical organizational period. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing and reviewing I-9s, W-4s, and other required documentation.
- Welcome new employees and ensure all onboarding procedures are carried out seamlessly.
- Provide support to the main payroll team, particularly during high-demand periods.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to maintain smooth operations during system transitions.
- Handle multi-state payroll activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees.

Requirements :
