Customer Service Representative

The Web Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our online clientele, providing personalized and attentive support through email, chat, and web-based communication. This role requires a strong sense of brand representation, impeccable written communication, and a genuine passion for delivering a world-class client experience. Fully onsite role. New building, with views of the beautiful rolling hills of Newbury Park.
