Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Manage all incoming calls and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinate the preparation and scheduling of property tours, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Provide administrative support for commercial transactions, handling documentation and logistics.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
  • Manage office supplies, liaise with IT for equipment needs, and ensure a well-equipped workspace.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, facilitating a positive start for new team members.
  • Organize in-house or off-site activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to other software platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Solid understanding of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred, but not required).
