Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
Manage all incoming calls and provide prompt responses to inquiries.

Provide administrative support for commercial transactions, handling documentation and logistics.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
Manage office supplies, liaise with IT for equipment needs, and ensure a well-equipped workspace.
Assist in onboarding new employees, facilitating a positive start for new team members.
Organize in-house or off-site activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.
Preferred Skills and Experience
3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly adapt to other software platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Solid understanding of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented and professional demeanor.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred, but not required).
