We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a  Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Scientist, or Geologist  to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a  full-time  position located in our  Walnut Creek, CA  or Oakland, CA office.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will :

• Oversee day-to-day management of project teams with a focus on project delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.
• Ensure projects are executed to meet project, client, and regulatory objectives.
• Lead all aspects of the project life cycle including cost estimating and proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, project planning, execution, document preparation and review, and financial management.
• Collaborate closely with the project team, supporting field teams, providing oversight, and observing health and safety processes and procedures.
• Regularly and effectively communicate with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure high-quality execution of project tasks, technical reports, and deliverables.
• Plan and manage field investigations, including pre-design data collection and / or pilot testing data collection programs.
• Lead project teams with the technical evaluation and interpretation of site characterization and geologic data, develop conceptual site models, and work with other multidisciplinary team members to assess the impact to project goals.
• Plan all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate the company’s foundational safety behaviors.

The salary range for this position in  Walnut Creek and Oakland, CA is $120,000 - $150,000 annually . Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
