The Recruiter will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and may be located within the Northeast region or remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for all talent acquisition responsibilities supporting the non-clinical function of the organization. Primary responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment in support of the growth of our clinics across the enterprise.

Job Description :

• Full Cycle Recruitment for Patient Coordinators / Representatives (Front Desk Staff)
• Enter in and post job opportunities to the Applicant Tracking System, Jobvite (ATS)
• Works in partnership with a variety of internal partners and hiring managers to meet the talent needs of the organization
• Distributes formal written offers to candidates
• Assists in kickstarting onboarding for newly hired teammates
• Responsible for managing the top priority nonclinical recruitment positions
• Manages the employee referral program and weekly audits to ensure payouts
• Assists in newly acquired acquisitions and creating seamless transition
• Organizes the Talent Acquisition events calendar
• Knowledge of ATS and adding locations and new teammates as needed
• Participates in special projects as required
