Responsibilities :

Oversee management of both new and existing websites, ensuring timely completion and high quality.

Build productive and profitable relationships with business owner clients, serving as both the first and last point of contact.

Resolve issues, implement updates, and maintain proactive communication to keep all projects on track.

Create and lead a team of high-performing professionals to ensure cohesive communication and project alignment.

Drive growth and profitability by strategically managing projects and client relationships.

Qualifications :

4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Hands on experience with WordPress is required . Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

Exceptional customer service skills and a ridiculous attention to detail.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and onboard new team members.

A proven track record of managing client relationships and project timelines successfully.

Capacity to learn new tools and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
