The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about service, solutions, and making every customer interaction a positive one. You will serve as the first point of contact for service customers, helping them through troubleshooting, scheduling, project updates, and ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills in both.

Previous experience in a call center, concierge, or customer-facing role strongly preferred.
