What You'll Be Doing

Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move and load materials.

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate with team members to meet production and delivery schedules.

Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care.

Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks.

Reliable and adaptable to changing work priorities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods.

Frequent bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of equipment.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and uneven terrain.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.

Compliance with all company safety and operational standards.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
