About the Job
Radicle Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation. In this role, you will lead a talented team of Implementation team members across multiple products to oversee successful onboarding and deployment of Radicle Health's solutions for new customers. You will partner closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and your team to drive efficiency, satisfaction, and successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and customer success strategy.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting, ideally in enterprise SaaS, including 5+ years of managing complex software implementation projects
- 3+ years of experience as a people leader with a track record of motivating and developing high performing teams
- Proven expertise in project management and the software implementation lifecycle, leveraging experience and best practices to guide and support your team through successful project delivery
- Proactive, solutions-oriented leader who thrives on introducing new ideas and anticipating the evolving needs of customers and internal teams
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on operational excellence and introducing scalable process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and strong engagement with executive stakeholders
- Healthcare software experience is a plus
In This Role, You'll Be Responsible For
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and manage 5-10 Implementation team members, ensuring high performance and meeting team objectives.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.Client Onboarding and Implementation Management
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for clients, including effective resource allocation, workload balancing and ensuring successful deployment of Radicle Health's solutions on time and within scope.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure the implementation plan is aligned to meet their business objectives.Act as an escalation point for any complex implementation issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.Lead the onboarding process for new clients when required, ensuring a smooth and timely transition from sales to full product implementation.Process Optimization and Efficiency
Continuously assess and refine the implementation process to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with client needs.Identify areas for automation and process improvement, reducing time-to-value for clients while maintaining quality.Implement best practices for project management and resource allocation, optimizing team performance, and reducing project delays.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment during the implementation process.Act as a subject matter expert in support of ongoing implementation strategies.Client Satisfaction and Relationship BuildingEnsure that clients are fully satisfied with the implementation process, conducting regular check-ins during the implementation phase to gather feedback and address any concerns or challenges, and achieving a smooth transition to using Radicle Health's solutions effectively.What We Offer
