We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our client in Durham! This is a temp to hire opportunity with the potential for long term growth with the company.
Monday - Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM (some weeks may be full time hours and Friday’s included). Pay : $22-$25 / hour dependent upon experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Create and distribute visitors and new hire badges.Register vehicle license plates for the internal parking garage system.Monitor and manage incoming mail across two mailrooms (main building and adjacent building).Assist in drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.Support scheduling and setup of meetings, such a lunches and conferences.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth start.Interact professionally with all levels of staff, including new hires and executive leadership.Adapt to a fast-paced office environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.Comfortable being on-site at least four days per week.Clear, confident communicator.Eager to grow into other roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Must pass a background check.Batchelor’s in Business preferred, or corporate office experience.
